About the event
This immersive two-day workshop is all about the foundations of French baking. From laminated dough to macarons, you’ll get hands-on with some of the most iconic pastries while learning the techniques behind them. Perfect for serious home bakers or anyone wanting to grow their skills with expert guidance.
Class size is limited to 12 to keep things focused and hands-on. Each participant will receive a full recipe workbook and take home everything they make during class. Light refreshments and snacks will be served each day.
